The online Third Party Service Provider and Permissions Form is required to be completed by parents and caregivers. This form asks consent for the use of online applications that require a student account and may store provided student data. All applications listed in the form have been assessed by the Department of Education and are approved for use in schools. This is a whole school form, therefore your child may not use all listed applications now, but may do so in the future.
Winthrop Primary School will seek consent once, when your child starts and Winthrop Primary School, thereafter only if applications are added, or if the consent level alters for any application. The online link will be sent to you via email to be completed after enrolment has been accepted.
